Beginning with initial engineering CAD design through rapid prototype development and on to the production phase of large families of components and assemblies. We provide full machining and outside processing services.

Milling:

Our milling equipment has been carefully selected in order to support a broad spectrum of machined parts.
From high RPM machining in aluminum and plastic to aerospace alloys, titanium and heavy steel cutting, we have the essential state of the art equipment to produce quality, custom parts efficiently and economically. Combining our prototype and production resources, we handle orders from the development CAD files on to production runs of large families of parts with Kan Ban style shipments.

Turning:

Our turning capabilities include large capacity multi axis mill/turn centers as well as high speed, small diameter bar machines with 50 millionth resolution controls.
A temperature controlled room with turning machines enables us to achieve optimum dimensional stability as well as to hold extremely close tolerances.
Our CNC swiss machine capability allows multiple milled, and turned features to be performed on the same high speed machine in one operation, thereby reducing part cost.
